Wingene Company Middle in Belgium




The Wingene Company Middle is a multipurpose building, a business centre in Hille Zuid as a response to the persistent shortage of plots and the need for more compact business premises. This split-strategy business facility that situated in Wingene, Belgium, was designed by BURO II, collaboration with ARCHI+I. At 1,620 sq m and 360 sq m, joined by a central loading/unloading bay, the business centre in Hille Company Park is produced up of two buildings (HilleFront and HilleSide).exterior facade each buildings Wingene Company CenterThe relationship between the each buildings is achieved through a carefully designed urban strategy. The floor strategy is simple and rectangular selected for the greatest possible in terms of effective use of room and divisibility into six individual modules. Consequently the entire central area can be optimally used for the implantation of the buildings, roads and the linked maneuvering room.
