This modern architecture style of the commercial building known as Vivanta by Taj was designed by WOW Architects Pte Ltd that situated in Bangalore, India, sculptured gateway to International Tech Park Bangalore. Unlike the palace-like building structures constant with the conventional perceptions of hotel experiences in India, the flagship hotel of Taj Palaces, Hotels & Resorts’ brand new Vivanta broke the mold to establish a new hospitality style model in India. In the conceptualization of the architecture style, interior style and landscape style of the 200-room luxury company hotel, WOW Architects | Warner Wong Style combined technology and contemporary style space within a strong architecture landscape paradigm that enlivens the senses.exterior building Vivanta by Taj landscraper modern hotelDesigned by WOW Architects as an extension of the surrounding Bangalore’s International Technologies Park, the community platform attracts young experts who collect for company and drinks amidst a buzz suggesting an open and progressive environment. To promote interactions, a ‘land-scraper hotel’ strategy expands the spatial experience of the public locations, within specifications for low height and high website coverage in urban style guidelines. A möbius strip which makes full use of each and every plane was conceptually manipulated from the ground level, forming a podium promenade that interweaves border-less private and public spaces with cinematic qualities referring to Indian conventional dance forms.exterior Vivanta by Taj glass facade commercial buildingThe building structure and exterior facade of the architecture style offer engaging scenery and lighting adjustments within the rooms. The experience and visual influence needed neither high budgets nor refinement, resounding with Vivanta’s target clientele of younger urbanites appreciative of raw, edgy style over conventional, opulent luxury.
